What kind of laser printer do you have and how long did the toner last?

i just got a Brother HL-2030 and was told by 2 friends that it lasted them 2 yearsWhat kind of laser printer do you have and how long did the toner last?
I have well had a Lexmark Printer scanner until hubby up his fist through it. Anyways it lasted about a year until it kept shorting out. As for ink the color ink doesn't last long you can make about ten 8 x 10 color pics. As for black ink if you were writing just word documents, I wrote a 230 page book and I still had 1/4 ink left in the cartage and there was a lot of typing per page.





If you want to make prints of pic go to Wal-Mart it is cheaper.

The toner last depending on the coverage. At 5% which is the standard option in most printers, you can get from 2,000 to 60,000 on some laser printers.
