Is laser printer toner toxic?

I printed on rice-paper for a cake with a b %26amp; w laser printer and want to know if it's edible. Help.Is laser printer toner toxic?

How in the world did you get that rice paper to copy?
I would say it is toxic, as its made basically from carbon black, which is a known carcinogenic agent.





It would be beneficial to read the Material Safety Data Sheet from HP regarding laser toner, this will answer all your questions.
