MY Answer is CYou notice that the pages coming out of your laser printer have extra toner that you can brush off.?
c or a

If your fuser rollers are wearing out and depositing toner on your pages it would show up like this. I have also seen toner cartridges leak leaving spots on the paper. also the cleaning blade could be bad and is dropping toner. also check to make sure the used toner bottle is not backing up. My answer is none of the above. You probably need to clean your printer. You can buy sheets of paper at Staples or Office Depot, etc that are in a sealed bag, they are moist with something that smells like plain rubbing alcohol
